Haneda’s public terminal shuttle is free. But the stop and last departure change with the direction, so a T1 boarding instruction won’t work automatically at T2 or T3.
Where to start
Start with the terminal on your operating flight record, then read that terminal’s shuttle stop and timetable. A free rail transfer ticket has its own eligibility rules; it isn’t the bus.
What this guide covers
This guide focuses on the routes below, using research dated 2026-10-31. It can’t confirm every airline, gate, entry rule, accessible path or service change at Haneda Airport on your travel day.
Routes and pickup points
Start with the direction and access area that match your trip. A public shuttle, a secure-side bus and a city coach may all appear on one airport map, but they take you to different places.

Connection procedure
Eligible rail transfer ticket
- Distinguish the free terminal shuttle from ordinarily paid Keikyu and Monorail services.
- Eligible connecting international passengers can ask an airport information counter whether a free transfer ticket is available with passport and flight evidence.
Changes and service warnings
Check the effective date and the current operator notice before following a saved route.
Direction-specific Haneda timetable
The timetable effective 18 August 2026 gives different first and last departures by direction. Don't copy T1-to-T3 hours onto T1-to-T2 travel.
What remains to confirm
Before you use one of these routes, check the operating carrier, flight date and current stop with the airport or transport provider. These records can’t tell you whether your bag is checked through, whether you may enter the country, how long the queues are or whether you have enough time to connect.
