Editorial Policy and Verification

Read how AirportGuide checks official sources, labels uncertainty and keeps candidate airport research out of published route recommendations.

Source standards

Airport operators, government agencies and operating transport providers are the primary sources. Every published guide lists its source links and review date. A selected official fact does not verify an entire airport.

Publication gates

The 1,409-airport list began as a candidate queue. A guide is written only for a specific source-linked topic, with its direction, access area, fare status and unknown fields shown. A public launch requires a current primary-source review where an operator page was blocked or a schedule conflicts; candidate codes alone do not become detailed route pages.

Changes and corrections

Construction, schedules, terminal assignments and entry rules can change. We preserve the fact-check date and require the traveler to verify live details. Send a source link and correction to vl-_-l@naver.com; reports are reviewed before any public update.
