The Changi T4 transit shuttle and public shuttle are both complimentary, but they don't share a boarding point or eligibility rule. Choose by your current access area and baggage arrangement.

Transit-area condition
Changi says a T4 transit-area transfer requires an itinerary through-checked to the final destination. A separate ticket or bag that must be collected can change the path. Confirm your airline arrangement before choosing the transit stop.
Check the clock and date
Changi publishes day and overnight public-shuttle patterns, and its Skytrain page includes a dated change notice. Check the current travel-day page and signs; don't apply a daytime stop or frequency to a midnight journey.
